Shipping & Returns

JCZR merch is made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Below is a practical overview of what to expect. For the most up-to-date carrier and policy details, refer to Printful’s help center.

PROCESSING / FULFILLMENT

  • Most orders are produced and packed in ~2–5 business days.
  • During launches and holidays, production can take longer.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation and then a shipping notification when it’s on the way.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • Typical delivery after fulfillment: ~3–7 business days (US) and ~5–20 business days (international), depending on destination and carrier.
  • Tracking is provided when available. Some economy shipments may have limited scans.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your shipping address, email hello@iamjczr.com as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or shipped, changes may not be possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because items are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed mind). If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right—see the “Problems with an order” section below.

PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER (DAMAGED, MISPRINT, WRONG ITEM)

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order email, order number (if you have it), a description of the issue, and photos.
  • We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund based on our resolution process, however, replacements and/or refunds are not guaranteed.

LOST PACKAGES / TRACKING ISSUES

If tracking hasn’t updated for a while or a package looks lost, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner.
